This is to share my bad experience with Coffee Classics. Unfortunately, my encounter with them has been less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction.
Originally, I was advised that the repair of my Melitta coffee machine would take 7-10 working days. However, the process extended to an astonishing 40 working days, during which I paid £237 for the service. Despite the extended duration I still got a non-functional machine.
I tried to come to a solution with Josh (the owner) but unfortunately it's all about money with him, and not about good service or customer satisfaction, where I found it's necessary to leave this feed back.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Coffee Classics for repairs. It appears that there might be a lack of expertise or efficiency in their services, leading to significant delays and unsatisfactory results.

Sage Touch collected on the 4th December 2023. Rang 2 weeks later only to find out that they haven't received it, even Consignment number - IC2982765 showed as delivered.
Rang the day after and said that they'll currently working on the machine.
Now, 2 days - Hannah told me she doesn't know where the machine is. She said will call back in 5-10 minutes. It's been well over 30 mins.
I do not recommend this company if you want to have your coffee machine stolen. The most disorganised company, wish I had read these review!

Bad experience, sadly. My SAGE espresso machine had a small leakage (the warranty had expired) and SAGE advised me to send the machine to Coffee Classics for "free of charge diagnostics" that was going to take three days. I was meant to receive an estimate before any repairs took place. Everything went very smoothly till I am told that they had repaired the machine and I had to pay over £200 (most of it was labour) to get my machine back. Nearly seven weeks later I managed to get the device back. Every time I tried to contact Coffee Classics to know what was going on they advised me to contact SAGE instead. Impossible to contact SAGE over the phone (I gave up each time after 2-3 hours waiting on the phone) and they stopped replying to my emails. Next time I will not be contacting SAGE for advice and I certainly won´t be sending the machine to Coffee Classics.

Absolute charlatans. I’ve genuinely lost count of how many times I’ve attempted to have my Sage coffee machine collected to be repaired. They never show up, and don’t even seem bothered when you call to ask why which implies this is culturally embedded within the organisation. I’m taking my grievances up directly with Sage as I have a leaking machine within warranty with no solution for a repair. AVOID COFFEE CLASSICS.

The company charged £269 for a repair to the air pump of my Sage Barista Touch (told a common fault). The machine is only 3 years old. The steam wand - faulty again 9 months later. I explained to the company - they didn't take any details - just said it's over 6 months we won't support you (end of conversation). Not very helpful or friendly customer service.

Another great experience with Coffee Classics. In my experience, dependable and professional. Thanks to their engineer Gareth for our most recent repair.

Absolutely amazing experience! They organised to have my coffee machine collected next day, then repaired my Melitta Caffeo Barista TS within a week and returned it next day after confirming the repair was done. Very efficient and replied to all queries very quickly. I could not find anyone else offering such a good service.

I'm really pleased with the service I got from Coffee Classics. They serviced my decade-old Rocket espresso machine and got it working like new again, and it was brilliant that they were able to come to my home instead of me having to send in the giant machine to them. The technician was fast and friendly, and the price was excellent too. I'd certainly use them again!

I sent our faulty Sage Barista Express to Coffee Classics for repair. They emailed me pictures of the machine on receipt and carried out a repair quickly and efficiently, then arranged delivery back to us in London. They were happy to hold on to the unit while we were away on holiday and despatched it so we received the package on our first day home.
The unit was cleaned, descaled, repaired and now works perfectly. We ended up spending around £150 on a repair when many people would have chucked out the machine.
Delivery and return was stress free.
I have read a couple of reviews criticising customer service, which I find difficult to believe. I called Coffee Classics twice - once before sending them my machine and once to discuss its return. Staff I spoke to on both occasions were super helpful and really friendly.
I’d absolutely recommend these guys. Couldn’t be happier.

My service was outstanding!
They repaired my Oracle touch in a call out dame day.
When I called them back troubleshooting issues I had after, the team arranged for my machine to be collected by courier and taken to the workshop.
The engineer called me and advised me on the machine care. They sent the machine back next day in perfect working order.
I am so pleased with the customer service, expertise and reasonable pricing.
I can't tell you how long I was looking for a Sage repairer and your team were by far the best of the businesses I contacted.
A huge thank you- I will be using your services in the future
