I am compelled to share my candid feedback on the deplorable performance of your employees.
In my experience, your team has demonstrated an astonishing level of unprofessionalism and ineptitude. The communication skills displayed by your staff are not just subpar; they are abysmal, reaching depths I never thought possible.
It is disheartening to witness the complete lack of qualification among your employees. Their inability to comprehend basic tasks and convey information coherently is a testament to the impressive depths of incompetence your agency has achieved.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback to heart and consider investing in basic training for your team. Perhaps a crash course in communication and professionalism could salvage some semblance of credibility for your agency.
Wishing you the best in your uphill battle for competency.

Like any recruiter, they make cold calls to your company looking for business, but unlike other firms, these guys wasted my time by calling under false pretenses. They called asking for an employment reference for a specific person, resulting in us wasting our time looking though our databases to find evidence of this person. In addition we checked with all of our contracts managers. When I called back to inform them of their error, Ellie admitted that they just wanted to know if we wanted any labor supplying. The answer after all of this was obviously no. I would highly suggest a change of tactics.

had the mis-pleasure of being supposedly booked on a contract, agreed the rate etc guy initially on the phone was pleasant and upbeat though i might add the consultant Adam Pearson saw fit to use a load of expletives over the phone calling most lads who dont want to work during covid19 something about seperating the "men from the boys" was happy to take me on, invited me to complete a pre-induction, which i did, sent all my brief etc in good time, just because he had meetings arranged he saw fit to book someone else in on a job promised to me, didnt even have the decency to phone me with the bad news, more a generic text which he must have templated in his phone, so of you want to work for a joker with a bad mouth and an even worse attitude to candidates then look no further. i take no pleasure in writing this but people should know what a terrible outfit they really are.
