Great time staying in the shepherd's hut, we were amazed at the layout inside, it seems a lot bigger than it looks from outside. The quality of the inside was top class aswell. We will definitely book to come again

A wonderful escape to celebrate my 50th birthday, even though it rained! The hut is comfortable, has everything you need and is so cosy especially with the log burner crackling in the corner. Even though it was cold we enjoyed a starlit dip in the outside tub too! A thoroughly enjoyable couple of days. Thank you ❤

An absolutely stunning hut, decorated to a beautiful standard with such comfortable and high quality facilities. We were welcomed with a delicious breakfast pack as well as a chilled bottle of bubbles to celebrate our 20th anniversary. An absolute hidden gem in such wonderful surroundings by the canal.

Beautiful hut, amazing views. We had a very relaxing stay. We loved the walks on the canal, especially coming across pubs serving good food. One draw back was lack of WI-FI or 3/4G, I actually liked being off grid for a few days, but my husband needed it for work and unfortunately could not get any internet access. Claire did give us her WiFi password but unfortunately we could not connect. Even the local pub didn’t have any Wi-FI for him to work there for a hour. The dog didn’t want to come home!

Beautifully furnished shepherd's hut in a lovely location with views over a meadow running down to the canal. Interesting walks in the area and cosy pubs and cafés nearby. The hut has everything you need and more with an outdoor tub and lovely barbecue area.

Absolutely stunning hut overlooking the most beautiful views, outside bath is a lovely bonus 😍 Perfect relaxing weekend for our anniversary, the Admiral Nelson is a must visit, delicious food overlooking the canal. Thank you so much Claire, we will deffo return 😊

A truly magical place! we loved the stunning country views bird song and the baby lambs jumping round the field right in front of the shepherds hut. Highly recommended the accommodation was luxury and Claire was extremely accommodating. With views of the canal boats and feeling really in nature all i can say is I will definitely be coming back! What a birthday to remember!

We had a wonderful time staying in 'Grace'. The hut is beautifully made up, with plenty of space for the two of us and a pup! Gorgeous location to sit on the little terrace or on the steps of the hut to watch the sheep and lambs, and the canal boats. Fantastic place to stay to break away for a few days!

We had the most wonderful stay for a belated anniversary. The accommodation is amazing with meticulous thought given for the little details that make it homely. The breakfast hamper was delicious and fed us well for the two mornings we were there. The location and views were breathtaking with so much to do right on the doorstep. It really is such a special and romantic spot for a weekend away.
