My girlfriend and I had a brilliant trip on the Oxford Canal last week in Driftwood. Having been boating for a number of years with more modern engines, taking a trip on a traditional boat with a vintage engine was an extra special treat. Martin at Narrowboat Escapes was very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. We could tell that the boat is very well loved and in great working order. If you are new to boating, they also run great courses to get you started. We would definitely love to come back!
